Breast Cancer Awareness month; 1st - 31st October, 2022

To mark this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we created awareness among our patients on the importance of regular self-breast examinations and mammograms for timely and effective treatment. In line with the global theme, “Close the care gap”, our messages encouraged affected women to seek help for treatment and care and know that they are not alone.   

World Breastfeeding Week; 1 - 7 August, 2022

We join the rest of the world to recognize World Breastfeeding Week. In line with this year’s theme, Step up for breastfeeding: educate and support, our staff members continue to intensify their awareness efforts among our patients about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. New mothers are supported to initiate breastfeeding and maintain healthy exclusive breastfeeding habits while their partners are encouraged to participate in making breastfeeding a comfortable experience for both mother and baby.

World Hepatitis Day is observed every year around the world on the 28th of July to create public awareness on viral hepatitis. It is also an opportunity for stakeholders to advocate with policy and decision makers to prioritize sustainable actions that would prevent this illness. Read more
