Staff Motivation

Employee of the year

Our Employee of the Year Award 2021 goes to our Senior Nurse Assistant, Ndey Bojang.

This award is present to a staff member at the end of every year based on a number of criteria linked to their annual performance assessment. These include but are not restricted to the following:   

  1. Results attained
  2. Quality of work
  3. Adherence to work ethics (i.e. professionalism, respect for others, punctuality dress code) 
Staff members who have been presented the Employee of the Month Award more than once in the year are also eligible for the Employee of the Year Award. 

Note: The award ceremony was not conducted at the end of 2020 due to the Covid 19 restrictions against large gatherings.
