Employee of the month
Our Employee of the Month Award (January 2019) goes to our Nurse Assistant, Binta Gassama.
This award is present to a staff member at the end of the month based on a number of criteria linked to their performance that month. These include but are not restricted to the following:
- Results attained
- Quality of work
- Adherence to work ethics (i.e. professionalism, respect for others, punctuality dress code)
Given than the award is based on strict performance, it may not be presented every month.
Note: The award ceremonies were not conducted in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid 19 restrictions against large gatherings.
